20 Palestinians injured in clashes with Israeli soldiers in Nablus
At least 20 Palestinians were reportedly injured in clashes with Israeli soldiers in Nablus early Wednesday morning.
The Israel Defense Forces announced early Wednesday morning that its security forces were conducting operations in the city of Nablus, allegedly to arrest members of the “Lion’s Den” terror group.
Palestinian media reported that IDF troops had surrounded one home to arrest the suspects in hiding. A local mosque then allegedly issued a call over a loudspeaker for residents to confront the soldiers, which reportedly resulted in an exchange of gunfire.
A spokesperson for the Hamas terrorist organization, Hazem Qassem, praised the youth for fighting against the soldiers. “The revolution of our people is continuous and will not stop,” he said.
