Implications of Saudi investment in Israel are ‘huge’ deal, says ALL ISRAEL NEWS' Joel Rosenberg
In Newsmax interview, Rosenberg touted that Jared Kushner’s initiative could lead to “the mother of all peace deals in the Middle East;” called on Biden to capitalize on the opportunity
ALL ISRAEL NEWS Editor-in-Chief Joel Rosenberg believes that a new economic initiative by former White House Advisor Jared Kushner is a "huge" deal which shows that Saudi Arabia is open to relations with Israel.
Kushner’s new private-equity fund, Affinity Partners, has already raised $3 billion in Saudi Arabia – funds meant for major investments in Israeli high-tech companies. The fund received a $2 billion commitment from the Saudi $600-billion sovereign-wealth fund.
The Saudi investment is “the first known instance that the Saudi Public Investment Fund’s cash will be directed to Israel, a sign of the kingdom’s increasing willingness to do business with the country, even though they have no diplomatic relations,” stated the Washington Journal’s report that first broke the story.
In an interview with Newsmax’s Middle East correspondent, Daniel Cohen, Rosenberg said that “this is a very exciting development.”

Rosenberg recently led a delegation of Evangelical leaders to three Middle Eastern countries – Israel, UAE and Bahrain – that have gained economic success following their normalization of ties as part of the Abraham Accords. Newsmax reported extensively on the tour, that offered its members intimate encounters with multiple regional leaders.
Although this time the tour did not include a stop in Saudi Arabia, Rosenberg did lead a delegation there in 2018 and met with the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and was invited to the royal palace again in 2019.
Based on his conversations with Saudi diplomats and leaders, Rosenberg is certain that the new investment in Israel is one more constructive sign that the Kingdom is warming its ties with the Jewish state.
“Every signal they are sending is positive. And now, through Jared Kushner, they want in on the Israeli economy,” Rosenberg said.
“I think the real question here is whether President Biden and his team are going to realize that they are sitting on the opportunity to broker a Nobel Peace Prize winning deal. The mother of all peace deals in the Middle East will ultimately be between Israel and Saudi Arabia,” he added.
