Disagreements among professional echelon: Is Hamas even interested in an agreement?
Officials familiar with the details of negotiations for the hostage release deal reported that there are differences of opinion among the professional echelon – those dealing with contacts and the details of the deal – regarding Hamas' willingness to reach an agreement.
According to information obtained by KAN news and broadcast on Sunday's radio program on Reshet Bet, "This Morning," a senior Israeli official said Israel has agreed to the U.S. compromise proposal and are now waiting for Hamas to respond.
