Terrorist killed after attempted attack next to Nahaliel settlement
A terrorist was killed by Israel Defense Forces this morning after unloading an improvised explosive device from his car. The suspect was discovered while he was preparing to throw the IED into the Nahaliel settlement and was neutralized by the IDF.
There were no other casualties reported.
Binyamin Regional Council head, Israel Gantz, released a statement to residents afterward, which stated: "A few minutes ago, IDF soldiers eliminated an armed terrorist who came to the Neve Zuf barrier from the direction of Nahaliel. The terrorist was armed with a bomb and an improvised rifle and set out to harm soldiers and civilians. Our soldiers shot and killed him and thus prevented an attack on Israel. Thank you to the commanders and soldiers of the IDF for their excellent response."
